Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original condition

  • The item must be unused and undamaged

  • The return must be requested within 14 days of receiving the product

To start a return, please contact our support team and we’ll guide you through the process.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.

There are no restocking fees for eligible returns.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

  • SIM cards

  • Prepaid voucher cards
